The Adaptive Façade Studio course is designed to provide knowledge and skills for developing adaptive systems in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.

"Adaptive" refers to a design approach in which structures, façade systems, or construction methods continuously adjust in response to changing conditions. This adaptability can be driven by environmental factors, user needs, or functional requirements, ensuring greater efficiency, resilience, and personalization.

Adaptive Facade Studio is a training program that allows students to explore innovative solutions for adaptive facades, from design to prototype fabrication. The valuable collaboration with i-Mesh, Makita, ABB, and Fanuc enriches the course through in-depth sessions and knowledge exchange on advanced materials and manufacturing technologies. Thanks to these contributions, students experience the entire process firsthand, and transform their ideas into prototypes.
